How to Choose Data in Yujaa?

The first step to begin the guided tour with Yujaa is to choose a data. The whole process of determining required data with Yujaa is easy. You can select the ‘Choose Your Data’ option from the Yujaa homepage to avail the pre-built data connectors types and develop a data connection for the variety of data connectors.

Yujaa offers categories for various domains such as Cloud Storage, Databases, E-commerce, File, Finance, Project Management and so on to create a data connector. Apart from this, if users want any custom connector based on their business requirements, they can avail the same by approaching the Yujaa team at the support@yujaa.com link.

The video provided here explains steps to create the Google Sheet Data Connector at length. Have a look at the same through the following explanation.

Click the ‘Choose Your Data’ option from the Yujaa homepage. Select the ‘Google Sheet’ connector and click ‘Connect’ to establish a connection.

Users will be redirected to add a Google Sheet account via the ‘CREDENTIALS’ tab. Users can also select an account if the settings for the account are configured in advance.

By selecting the ‘Add New Account’ option, users will be redirected to Sign In and allow Yujaa to access data from their selected Google account.

After configuring the Google account users will be taken back to the Google Sheet Data Connection page to provide a name for the new data connector. Use ‘NEXT’ option to proceed towards the subsequent page.

Now, users will be redirected to the ‘Data Sets’ tab to select a file from the drop-down menu and avail data preview through the ‘PREVIEW’ option. In case, if the file has multiple sheets, users need to select a specific sheet by using the ‘Select Sheet’ option.

The data overview/preview of the fetched data can only be displayed after selecting a specific sheet. The ‘FINISH’ option can be accessed from the bottom of the data overview to complete the connector creation process as explained in the video.

By completing the process as mentioned above, users will be notified by a message that a new data connection has been created successfully. The newly formed Google Sheet connection will be added to the ‘List Data Sets’ page displaying the ‘GENERAL INFORMATION’ about the same on the right-side panel.

To check the data loading status of the newly created dataset click ‘Notification’ option from the Yujaa homepage.

After the data is loaded successfully to the newly created data connection, users can create multiple reports and dashboards based on the newly created data connector.
